When visiting the park, visitors can ride one of the free shuttle buses that operate daily. Hiking and mountain biking are very popular in this part of Arizona, with trails including the Village Loop, the Hermit Road Loop and the Kaibab Trail Loop. Grand Canyon Village has a number of souvenir shops and a tourist center that offers information on the region. A historical attraction worth visiting is the Grand Canyon Railway, which provides a museum as well as train service to Williams.
